2. Our services
We provide prepaid digital eSIM data packages. Package availability, coverage, network technology, data allowance and validity period depend on the selected destination and package.
An eSIM is a digital product and no physical SIM card will be shipped.
3. Device compatibility
Before purchasing, you are responsible for ensuring that your device supports eSIM technology and is not locked to a mobile network operator.
Roam Trust eSIM is not responsible if an eSIM cannot be used because the customer's device does not support eSIM or is network locked.
4. Orders and delivery
After successful payment and order processing, the eSIM information, including installation details or a QR code where applicable, will be delivered digitally.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the purchase process.
5. Prices and payment
Prices displayed on our website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers. Roam Trust eSIM does not directly store complete payment card details.
6. Activation and validity
Activation conditions vary depending on the selected eSIM package. Some packages may activate upon installation, while others may activate when the eSIM first connects to a supported network.
The validity period and data allowance shown for each package apply according to the conditions of that package.
7. Network coverage and speed
Mobile network availability, coverage and speed depend on local mobile network operators and may vary according to location, network congestion, device capability and other technical conditions.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or a specific network speed at all times.
